1. How do I track my order status?

You can just click on Track Your Order on top of MytrendyCollections page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status. 

2. When can I get my tracking number?

Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at sales@mytrendycollections.com

3. How do I track my shipping status?

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

1)Go to USPS.COM (US Customers only) or 17track.net or track-chinapost.com

2)Enter your tracking number

3)Press "Enter" to process.

 

4. Where can I get my tracking number?

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at sales@mytrendycollections.com .

or

You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you.  If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at sales@mytrendycollections.com.

 

5. How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

 

6. How long does the shipping/delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-7 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 14-20 business days for United States and 20-30 business days internationally. 

Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

 

7. Does MyTrendyCollections offer international shipments?

International shipment is available at MyTrendyCollections.com

 

8. I need my order now, can MyTrendyCollections speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.

9. How do I cancel item in my order after purchase ?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at sales@mytrendycollections.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

On the side note, a handling charge will be charge 10% of the product price will be charge as handling charge for item cancellation.

10. How do I modify my order ?

In order to make any modification on your orders, please contact us at sales@mytrendycollections.com with the specific changes that you wish to modify. 

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 12 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Changes made to the orders after 12 hours of making their purchases are not allowed and will not be entertain.

 

11. What should I do if the received item is damage?

We will only reimburse if there are defective or damaged to be happening within 7 days. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to sales@mytrendycollections.com within 7 days upon receiving the item.

In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
